- Prices and billing terms will be clearly communicated before work begins
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your engagement agreement
- We reserve the right to change pricing or scope with prior notice

Locus may integrate or link to third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Locus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service, specific results or outcomes, or the accuracy of any recommendations made during an engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locus Operations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services.
